Positions

We don´t just want our interns to learn with the best, we want them to be one of them as well. In order to do this we have structured 2 specific career options for MBA students. Each program is specifically designed to provide the training and resources needed to start down the path of success.

Full-time positions

We offer high-caliber managers the opportunity to become the future of the strategic leadership of our business. We have developed a program that aims to offer you support in meeting the challenges proposed, while developing your capacity to contribute strategically to Itaú Unibanco’s business . The full-time program consists of the following:

• Mentoring

Every new employee will be assigned a Mentor, a more senior level employee who will help guide the MBA through the 1 year program. The role of the mentor is to answer questions, give advice and provide feedback throughout the program.

• Training

Other than the hands on training new professionals receive, all employees will participate in a company integration that will provide an in depth overview of the bank, areas of actuation, and resources that will be made available over the course of the program. In addition MBAs will be given the opportunity to participate in an area specific training which will further reinforce the tools and skills that will be acquired over the course of the program.

• Networking

Employees will be encouraged to interact with various areas of the bank. To reinforce these relationships, employees will have several Networking Sessions, which will provide the opportunity to not only meet professionals from other areas but to understand the importance and role of each bank division.

• Professional Coaching

Every new employee will be assigned a Coachee.

Summer Intern Program

The summer intern program is a 10 week internship for students in the first year of their MBA program. In these 10 weeks the intern will have a hands on experience and will be able to see exactly what it means to work at Itaú Unibanco

• Mentoring

• Training
